No. Copywriting is included. We interview you, then write the pages. If you already have copy you like, we will work with it. Photography and video can be arranged separately if you need them.
You do. The domain, hosting account, CMS logins and source code are all registered in your name and handed over. If you ever want to move to another agency, nothing stops you.
Yes. Every site ships on a CMS your team can use, and handover includes training plus a recorded walkthrough so new staff can pick it up later.
